Scott Barrett

Scott Barrett has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Scott is currently a Senior Vice President of Asset Management-North America at Heitman. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at Barrett Development/GPK Acquisitions. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Development Partner at HUTTON, where they focused on acquiring and developing parcels of land and shopping centers. From 2014 to 2017, they served as Vice President of Development at Washington Prime Group Inc., overseeing leasing and development activities for 25 mall properties. Before that, they held roles at Simon Property Group, Weingarten Realty, Kite Realty Group, CASTO, and Glimcher Realty Trust, where they gained extensive experience in leasing and development.
