Jeanette Pilgaard Acka is an experienced professional with a strong background in patient service coordination and customer relationship management. Currently serving as a Patient Service Coordinator at Hejmdal Privathospital since June 2022, Jeanette previously spent a decade at Bupa Global, where roles included Relationship Manager and Interim Service Manager, leading diverse teams and managing operations to meet customer expectations and regulatory standards. Prior experience includes brand management positions at GlaxoSmithKline and Unilever Danmark A/S, where Jeanette was responsible for marketing strategies and campaign management across multiple product lines in Northern Europe and Scandinavia. Jeanette holds a Master's degree in Design & Communication Management and a Bachelor's degree in languages from Copenhagen Business School.
