Rachid Benhadi

Rachid Benhadi is an experienced legal professional specializing in environmental law and spatial governance. Since February 2009, Rachid has served as an advocat-partner at Hekkelman Advocaten & Notarissen, where expertise in omgevingsrecht and ruimtelijk bestuursrecht is applied. Rachid has been an active member of the Vereniging van Milieurecht Advocaten since October 2020 and served on the supervisory board of Stichting Divers from 2009 to 2011. Prior experience includes a role as a beleidsadviseur for Gemeente Zaltbommel from February 2007 to February 2009. Rachid holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Radboud University, completed in 2008, and graduated cum laude from the Grotius specialisatieopleiding in Ruimtelijke Ordenings- en Milieurecht in 2013.
