Lily Walton is a legal intern in the Office of Administrative Law Judges at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission since September 2024. Currently serving as Senior Notes Editor and a member of The George Washington Journal of Energy & Environmental Law, Lily has prior experience as a Summer Associate at Bracewell LLP and interned at the U.S. Department of Energy in the Office of General Counsel. Previous internships include work with the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet and a role as a Titan/Student Consultant for Hyperion Council. Educated at The George Washington University Law School, Lily is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Law and Economics from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. Leadership experience includes roles as Team Leader in a cultural competency course and Vice President of Professional Development for Alpha Kappa Psi fraternity. Lily's professional background also encompasses a Student Honors Business Internship with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and an administrative role at the Medical Resource Center.
