Jose Lucio Garcia

Jose Lucio Garcia has extensive work experience in the IT field. Jose Lucio is currently the Director of Global Network and Service Desk Operations at Helen of Troy since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Aptiv from 2016 to August 2020, where they held the role of IT Global Network Services and Mobility Senior Manager & JV Liaison. Before joining Aptiv, Jose worked at Delphi from 2008 to 2016, where they held various senior managerial positions in the Global Solution Delivery Programs and PMO departments, with a focus on Mexico, the Packard Division, the Americas, and Asia.

Jose Lucio Garcia earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at El Paso from 1990 to 1995. Jose Lucio then went on to complete a Master's degree in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix between 2000 and 2002. In addition to their degrees, Jose has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including ITIL, Pathways, ITIL v3, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), and Project Management Professional (PMP) from reputable institutions such as LinkedIn, CIO Executive Council from IDC, Partners in IT is now Fruition Partners, Delphi, APICS, and the Project Management Institute.
