Lory Vasquez has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Lory started their career at Sierra Springs Water Co as an Accounts Receivable Representative from 1995 to 1999. From 1999 to 2001, they worked at EchoStar Corporation as a Customer Service Manager. In 2001, they joined Helen of Troy as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and later became a Supply Chain Analyst from 2003 to 2005. Lory then held the position of Customer Service Manager at Helen of Troy from 2005 to 2016. Finally, they were promoted to Director of Service Operations at Helen of Troy, where they focused on monitoring performance standards and collaborating with regional managers and directors to maximize business performance.
Lory Vasquez obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at El Paso from 2001 to 2004. Later, from 2006 to 2008, they attended the University of Phoenix and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. In 2018, Lory Vasquez also obtained certification as a Senn Delaney Culture Shaping Certified Facilitator from Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company.
