Mónica Sáenzpardo

Mónica Sáenzpardo has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Mónica is currently working at Helen of Troy as the Sr. Director of Finance Shared Services. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Accounts Receivable Credit Risk Management at Helen of Troy.

Before joining Helen of Troy, Mónica worked at ADP for several years. Mónica served as the Director of Invoice to Cash, Global Finance, where they were responsible for minimizing financial exposure related to client accounts receivable balances. Mónica also held the role of Retirement Services Manager, where they hired, trained, and developed a successful team of bilingual associates.

Mónica also has experience at Verizon Wireless, where they held various roles such as Associate Director of Bilingual Customer Service and Associate Director On Deck. In these positions, they focused on developing leaders and enhancing performance and morale of multiple teams. Mónica also served as an Operations Supervisor and Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor, demonstrating their leadership skills and ability to improve communication and employee experience.

Mónica's early career includes a role as an HR Administrator at Johnson & Johnson. Throughout their career, they have shown strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills, consistently exceeding targets and improving results.

Mónica Sáenzpardo received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Park University between 2005 and 2007. In 2013, they obtained a certification in Organizational Leadership from the Jack Welch Management Institute. Additionally, they hold certifications in Insite ccSIGMA Green Belt and Yellow Belt from Insite Managed Solutions, and FINRA Series 6, 26, and 63 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
