Paul Bolton

Paul Bolton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Paul is currently the Director of Sales - EMEA Housewares (OXO/Hydro Flask) at Helen of Troy since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Director Of Sales - Housewares UK & Ireland (OXO/Hydro Flask) at the same company from August 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Helen of Troy, Paul worked as the UK&Ireland Head of Sales at OXO from May 2019 to August 2021. Paul had significant responsibilities at Cosatto, where they served as the UK & Ireland Sales Director from January 2018 to January 2019. In this role, they led a team and implemented sales processes to achieve profitable sales and increase distribution.

Paul also has experience as a Senior Sales Consultant when they were self-employed from August 2017 to December 2017. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Dyson, starting as a Territory Sales Manager in January 2003 and progressing to roles such as National Account Manager, Senior National Account Manager, and finally as the UK National Field Sales Manager. At Dyson, they led teams and was responsible for driving execution, conversion, and sustainable profit growth.

Paul began their career as a Duty Manager at Sainsburys Supermarkets Ltd in 1992. With their extensive experience in sales and leadership roles, Paul has demonstrated their ability to deliver results and drive growth in various organizations.

Paul Bolton attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2000 to 2002, where they earned an HND in Retail Management.
