Rhiannon Ferman

Rhiannon Ferman currently serves as the Sales Manager for Hydro Flask and OXO at Helen of Troy, beginning in June 2024. Previously, Rhiannon held the role of Customer Service Manager at Puffin Drinkwear from February 2022 to June 2024, where key achievements included leading initiatives to enhance the order-to-cash workflow. Prior experience includes serving as Key Account Manager at BlackStrap, managing relationships with major accounts and optimizing sales reporting and fulfillment processes from March 2021 to February 2022. Rhiannon's professional journey began as a Solutions Specialist at Verizon and Store Supervisor at New England Wireless, LLC. Rhiannon is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Web Design from Southern New Hampshire University, expected to complete in March 2024.
