Kinga Porada

Kinga Porada currently serves as the MRO Supply Chain Supervisor at Heli-One, overseeing a team of 12 and managing supply chain operations within Base Maintenance and Component Shops since July 2016. Key responsibilities include staff development, process improvement, KPI monitoring, order execution coordination, and cost reduction initiatives. Previously held positions at Heli-One include Senior Category Coordinator, Purchasing Coordinator, and Supply Chain Coordinator, with an initial internship in the Logistics Department. Kinga holds a Master's degree in Logistics from Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza, earned between 2011 and 2016.
