Kristi Young

Kristi Young serves as the Executive Director of Strategy & Execution at Helia, leading centralized functions including Strategy, Corporate Affairs, Business Performance, and ESG since October 2022. Previously, Kristi held key leadership roles at Helia, including Head of Strategy & Growth, where strategic initiatives and multi-year strategies were developed, and Head of Product Development - New Ventures, focusing on Human Centered Design for product frameworks. Prior experience includes founding an insurtech venture at Antler, serving as General Manager of AI Claims Transformation at Resolution Life, and various roles at AMP, including Head of Office and Senior Manager in Product Management. Kristi’s educational background includes an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and recent executive education at MIT Sloan.
