Malvin Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in brand alignment and management. Currently serving as Brand Alignment Manager at Heliconia since March 2020, Malvin focuses on helping brands connect with the international outdoor and adventure travel audience through innovative media projects. Prior to this role, Malvin was President of Culture Systems Inc. from 2010 to March 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing sales and marketing initiatives and building a consultancy team. Malvin also held the position of Recruitment Consultant at YORK Search Group from 2007 to 2009, creating a successful online network for engineering professionals and managing the implementation of recruitment software. Earlier experience as an Account Manager and Transitional Consultant at Siemens involved managing technical staff and ensuring adherence to service level agreements. Educational credentials include degrees in Tribal Leadership and Culture Transformation from Culture Sync, as well as training from Landmark Education and NLP Centres, along with a degree in Information Technology from Western College.
