Alan Golightly

Alan Golightly has a diverse work experience in various clean energy and technology companies. Alan most recently worked as the Senior Director of Product Engineering at Heliogen Inc., where they focused on creating carbon-free, ultra-high temperature heat and transforming sunlight into fuels. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Operations at New Matter, overseeing the manufacturing and distribution of consumer products. Alan also held positions as the Director of Engineering at Amonix, Inc., the Program Manager at Soliant Energy, and the Program Manager at International Rectifier. Alan began their career as a Senior Engineer at TRW Automotive, where they developed next-generation automotive crash sensors and accelerometers and implemented process improvements for chip production.

Alan Golightly obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Applied Science with an emphasis on Mechanical Engineering from Caltech in 1990.
