Samantha Grupp

Samantha Grupp currently serves as a Software Technician at Helion Software, Inc. since May 2023. Previously, Samantha worked as a Support Services Consultant at Procede Software from March 2021 to April 2023 and as an Application Developer in DevOps at IBM from January 2017 to March 2021, where responsibilities included remote technical support and troubleshooting of IBM hardware and software products. Prior to these roles, Samantha volunteered with the TeenQuest Ministry Team from February 2007 to July 2014. Academic credentials include attendance at Frostburg State University, Allegany College of Maryland, and West Virginia University of Parkersburg.
