Kai Stroem

Kai Stroem currently serves as the Engineering Team Lead at Helios, having transitioned from a role as Solar Project Manager after gaining expertise in the residential solar industry in The Philippines. Previously, Kai co-founded Koda Sports, where responsibilities expanded to Head of Operations, addressing challenges within the rugby agency sector. Experience also includes professional rugby player roles with the Philippine Volcanoes and NEC Green Rockets, as well as laborer positions in construction. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Deakin University and The University of Auckland, along with an International Baccalaureate from The British School Manila.
