Lori Partain

Lori Partain has over 25 years of work experience in various human resources and organizational development roles. Lori is currently the Chief People Officer at Helios Consulting Inc., a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Shermco Industries from September 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining Shermco Industries, Lori held multiple roles at CBRE, including Vice President of Global People for Advisory Americas & Global Advisory Services from March 2021 to September 2021, and Vice President of Global People for Digital, Technology & Valuation Advisory Services from June 2020 to March 2021.

From 2011 to 2020, Lori worked at Ecolab, where they held various leadership positions in global human resources. Lori'sroles included Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources for the Industrial Group, Vice President of Global Human Resources for the Industrial Group, Vice President of Global Human Resources for Nalco Water, Vice President of HR Technology for OneHR Enterprise Readiness, Vice President of Global Human Resources for Nalco Champion, and Director of Global Human Resource Services for Nalco Champion.

Before joining Ecolab, Lori worked at Dresser-Rand as the Director of Global Talent Management & Organizational Development and Director of Corporate Human Resources in 2010. Lori also served as the Manager of Global Learning and Organizational Development at Jacobs Engineering from 2006 to 2010.

Lori started their career in the learning and organizational development field, working as a Senior Specialist at RadioShack Corporation from 2005 to 2006 and as the Director of Management Development at Uno Chicago Grill from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they gained experience in training and HR management as the Regional Training Manager/HR Manager at Outback Steakhouse from 1996 to 2003.

Lori Partain holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Amberton University. Lori also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from The University of Texas at Arlington.
