Helios is building Proxi, the first AI-native operating system for public policy teams in highly regulated industries. Proxi acts like a senior government affairs professional embedded in your workflow. It continuously scans legislation, regulations, and public sector signals to flag what matters before it becomes a risk or opportunity. It maps your policy landscape, tracks decision-makers and influence networks, and generates ready-to-use advocacy and compliance materials in seconds. Designed for Fortune 500s, top lobbying firms, and government operators, Proxi replaces fragmented, manual workflows with intelligent augmentation. This allows teams to move first, shape outcomes, and stay ahead of accelerating policy and regulatory change.
