Jay Carpenter has over a decade of experience in global business growth. A leader at his core, Jay’s strategic, agile, and technical skills have built businesses, relationships, and the tactics required to drive growth beyond expectations. Throughout his career, Jay has navigated global roles, built talented teams from ground zero, and wildly exceeded sales targets.

Jay’s career began at Turning Technologies where he was rapidly promoted to Director of International Sales. Early in his sales leadership career, Jay was appointed by the CEO to spearhead a new global sales organization to provide hardware, SaaS, and enterprise solutions to clients throughout Europe, LATAM, and APAC regions. Jay worked, across nationalities and cultures, to bring out the best in his team while boosting market share and propelling revenue. Jay transitioned to an advisory role at Gartner following Turning Technologies. In this role, Jay aligned with C-level executives to positively impact client strategic initiatives across emerging technologies, IT business value, vendor landscapes, and forward modernization tactics.

From Gartner, Jay was recruited by Oracle to transform the enterprise higher education sales strategy to set the stage for rapid growth and revenue gains. Jay was nominated to lead the global sales messaging committee. Recently, Jay joined Twilio - one of the fastest growing enterprise software companies in the world - as Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales.
