Team members will complete an online training course and a 4-week in-person training course in Dallas, TX that result in a full-time job and long-term career as a Helios HVAC Service Technician upon successful completion. Covered costs include course tuition, travel, lodging, and TRAINING PAY!

WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU:

• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity
• Demonstrate safe practices
• Dedication to 4 weeks of training in a fast-paced learning environment
• Be available for training Monday-Friday from 9-5 CST with weekends off

WHAT SETS YOU APART:

• Preferred candidates: Completed a Residential HVAC Training program previously and now looking to transition into Commercial HVACR
• Driven, eager to learn, coachable, and self-starter
• Minimum of 6 months HVAC service experience
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass background check and drug screen

Helios Service Partners offers compensation during training that will be $18 hour depending on experience. Upon successful completion of training, compensation will increase to $20-24/hour with a competitive benefits package.
