Fola Delano is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and program governance, currently serving as the Group Head of IT PMO at Helios Towers since April 2018. Prior roles include Programme Manager at ESJ (Swazi Mobile), overseeing multimillion-dollar telecommunications infrastructure projects, and PMO Consultant at Royal Mail, enhancing project delivery across multiple initiatives. Fola's extensive experience spans various organizations, including Swaziland Post and Telecoms, Unilever, Atos Origin, and Sodexo, focusing on project governance, process optimization, and stakeholder management.
