Joshua Kershner

Joshua Kershner currently serves as Chief Legal Officer, Acting Head of People, Corporate Secretary, and General Counsel at Helium Foundation since January 2023. Joshua is also a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsel to exchange knowledge and support one another. Previously, Joshua held the position of General Counsel at Pylons from March 2022 to January 2023, and worked as Assistant Regional Counsel at the Social Security Administration from May 2012 to February 2022. Additional experience includes a Law Clerk position at the Connecticut Judicial Branch and a Legal Extern role at the New York City Law Department. Joshua has been an active Democratic County Committee Member and Parliamentarian for the 57th Assembly District Committee since September 2018. Joshua holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University.
