Claudia Winsby

Claudia Winsby has a wealth of experience in the photography and customer service industries. Claudia began their career in 2002 as a Photographer for Focus on You Photography. In 2005, they took on the role of Studio Manager for Tom Upton Photography ~Good People. In 2008, they moved to Photoworks SF as a Digital Imaging Specialist. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Zenfolio, Inc. as a Customer Support, Product and Spanish Language Specialist, where they served as a technical liaison between the Product Development and Marketing teams and provided technical support for customers. Most recently, they have been a Customer Support Specialist at Helium Inc. since 2020.

Claudia Winsby attended California State University-Sacramento from 2004 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Photography.
