Adelle Rodda

Adelle Rodda is a skilled formulation chemist with extensive experience in product development across various sectors. Currently serving at Helius Therapeutics since February 2023, Adelle is involved in the research and development of innovative medicinal cannabis products. Prior experience includes a significant role as Director and Formulation Chemist at Botaniq Formulations Ltd, where Adelle successfully launched a natural haircare brand that gained market presence in high-end salons and retail outlets in New Zealand and Australia. Adelle has also contributed to environmental initiatives as a co-founder of the Art in the Dark Charitable Trust and has experience in science communication, creating accessible content for public engagement. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering Studies from The University of Auckland, a Diploma in Personal Care Formulation, and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Chemistry.
