Paul Crofts

Paul Crofts is currently the Chief Technologist - Process & Vertical Integration at Helix. Prior to this role, Paul worked as the Head of Materials Engineering at Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains Ltd. He also served as the Chief Metallurgist at Cosworth Racing and as a Research Officer at Magnox Electric Plc. Paul started his career as a Trainee at Rolls-Royce plc working on various materials. He holds a B.Eng and Ph.D. in Metallurgy from the University of Birmingham.
