Roberto Bachman

Roberto Bachman has extensive experience in the renewable energy industry, starting in 1998 with Ascension Technology, where they worked as an Engineer. Roberto then moved on to Solar Design Associates LLC as an Electrical Engineer before joining Gloria Spire Solar (part of Spire Solar) as a Senior Systems Engineer in 2007. In 2009, they became the Solar Systems Engineering Manager at Spire Solar, where they oversaw the manufacture, design, and installation of photovoltaic (PV) systems and components. In 2011, Bachman joined SolarFlair Energy as an Engineering Manager, where they provided turnkey project management and installation of solar energy systems. Roberto then joined Gehrlicher Solar as a Senior Project Engineer before becoming the Director of Engineering in 2015. From 2016 to 2020, Bachman worked at Cypress Creek Renewables as both a Senior Director of Engineering and Vice President of Engineering. Roberto then moved to Pure Power Contractors Inc, where they served as Vice President of Engineering before joining Mill Creek Renewables in 2021 as Vice President of Engineering. Bachman has extensive experience in the design, engineering, commissioning, and maintenance of photovoltaic systems, with a primary focus on utility scale ground mount designs.

Roberto Bachman attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
