Scott Walker, PhD has over 18 years of work experience in the education and technology industry. Scott currently works at Strayer University as the Manager of Course Development Technology, where they are responsible for overseeing the development of technology-driven courses. Prior to this role, Scott served as a Learning Technology Specialist and Course Quality Manager at Strayer University.

Before joining Strayer University, Scott worked as a Contractor/Consultant for Instructional Design and Course Build Supervision at Ruffalo Noel Levitz. Scott also held positions at Helix Education as the Director of Academic Technology and the Faculty and eLearning Services Manager.

Scott Walker, PhD holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in History from Arizona State University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from the University of San Diego from 2000 to 2003. In 2016, Scott Walker also earned a Certificate in Elearning from the Online Learning Consortium.
