Mark Harper is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in enterprise solutions management, consulting, and technical support. Currently serving as an IT Enterprise Solution Manager at Helix since June 2022, Mark specializes in SaaS solutions management, identity and access management (I&AM), security, and compliance. Previous roles include Senior Information Technology Support Engineer at Lyell Immunopharma and Senior IT Consultant at KDInfotech, among other positions.
