Maya Ziv

Maya Ziv is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Associate Legal Director, Commercial at Helix since August 2020, where responsibilities include managing partnership agreements with various stakeholders, including government agencies and life sciences partners, to enhance innovative research and public health initiatives. Prior to Helix, Maya held positions at prominent law firms such as Latham & Watkins and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, with a focus on life sciences transactions and intellectual property matters. Maya began legal training at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where a Doctor of Law (J.D.) was obtained, following a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from UCLA.
