Natecia Smith

Natecia Smith currently serves as the Program Lead for the Rising Leaders Academy at The Creative Ladder since September 2023. In addition, Natecia has been with Helix since May 2022, holding the position of Senior Manager for Learning, Development, and IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access), having previously served as the Manager and Programs Manager in the same domain. Prior to Helix, Natecia dedicated over a decade at Kaplan Test Prep, advancing through several roles including Program Manager for DEI and Senior Manager of Institutional Delivery and Academic Equity, where collaboration with cross-functional partners was vital in promoting access, equity, and inclusion. Natecia's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Purdue Global and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Florida.
