Nika Kineva

Nika Kineva, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Delivery Project Manager at Helix, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Customer Success Director in Healthcare & Life Sciences at Salesforce from February 2022 to May 2023, Deputy Director at Unite Us from July 2019 to June 2021, and Senior Consultant at EY from July 2017 to March 2019. Nika also held managerial positions at Henry Ford Health System from August 2014 to May 2017, including Manager and Principal Consultant in Performance Improvement. Earlier career experiences include lead and managing consultant roles at Cumberland Consulting Group from March 2012 to July 2014 and an implementation consultant/project manager role at Epic from October 2009 to January 2011. Nika earned a Master's degree in Management from IE Business School in 2011 and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Journalism, and Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009.
