Mark Thomas

Mark Thomas is a highly experienced professional who has held various leadership roles in different organizations. Currently serving as Chief Culture Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Helix33, Mark previously worked in roles such as Manager and Project Manager at Naval Surface Warfare Center. With a strong background in technical project management and strategic analysis, Mark has also overseen service quality and marketing programs at Ontario Systems. Mark holds a Master of Public Affairs degree and has also pursued executive education in public management.
