Arul C.T. has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Arul began their career in 1987 as a Customer Support Engineer at Computer International Pty Ltd, where they focused on component level servicing and spares inventory management. Arul then joined the Ministry of Industry & Public Works (MIPW) as an Instrumentation Engineer from 1990 to 1993.

In 1993, Arul joined Tovya Automation Pvt. Ltd. as a Technical Director. In this role, they led a team of engineers, conducted strategic market research, and developed cost-effective product development plans. Arul was also responsible for acquiring customers and partners, forging strategic alliances, and managing pricing and product positioning. Arul achieved significant accomplishments during their time at Tovya Automation, including providing consultancy to major companies and successfully introducing an online power Transformer Health Monitoring System.

In 2015, Arul founded AMT GmbH, where they served as the Founder & CEO. Their responsibilities included digital twin machine modeling, predictive maintenance, ISO 55000 asset management, and implementing BIG DATA analytics solutions for decarbonization. Arul also developed an IIoT platform and various AI-powered products for machine connectivity and decarbonization.

In 2019, Arul founded HelixSense and continued to serve as the Founder & CEO.
