Fabian Käding

Fabian Koch is an experienced Agile Product Manager currently working at Baloise Group since January 2017, overseeing key projects within the ART Customer Contact and Customer Applications teams. With a strong foundation in requirement engineering and stakeholder management, Fabian has effectively led cross-functional teams in developing innovative software solutions using agile methodologies. Prior roles include co-founding Shiftli, focused on product and business development for the health sector, and business development at audibene GmbH, where strategic planning and marketing initiatives were executed. Fabian holds a Master of Arts in Business Innovation and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen, complemented by international experience from exchange programs in Malaysia and Italy.
