Sofia Maroudia has a strong and diverse work experience. Sofia has served on the board of various companies such as WeSchool, Hellas Direct, Fondazione Italia Sociale, and Impact Hub Milano. Sofia has also held leadership positions in notable organizations including Bain Capital, UN Global Compact Network Italy, Snam S.p.A., and ActionAid Italia. Sofia Maroudia's education history begins in 1995 when they attended The University of Edinburgh. Sofia obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Politics & Modern History, completing their studies in 1999. From 1999 to 2001, Sofia attended the University of Cambridge, where they pursued a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Law. After a significant gap in their education, Sofia returned to school in 2020 and completed a program called "InTheBoardroom" at Valore D, finishing in 2021.
