Brian Kraack has over 20 years of experience in software engineering. Brian began their career in 1996 as a Software Engineer for PyroTechnix, working on four games for the company. In 1999, they became self-employed and worked for Ancot Corporation, modifying one of their SCSI analyzers to support a specialized US Navy bus protocol. During this time, they also took a job with Next Generation Systems, building a Fibre Channel switch with QoS capabilities. In 2002, they joined Miles Ahead Technology as a Senior Software Engineer. From 2005 to 2009, they worked for Spectral Systems/Sierra Nevada Corporation as a Software Engineer. In 2009, they founded Kraacken and worked as a Software Engineer, developing iOS applications. From 2010 to 2011, they worked for TuneWiki, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, iPhone, responsible for the 3.x redesign/implementation of the TuneWiki media player for iPhone. From 2011 to 2017, they worked for Crimson Moon Entertainment LLC as a Mobile Application Engineer, developing mobile applications. Finally, in 2020, they joined Hellebore Consulting Group as a Principal Software Engineer.

Brian Kraack attended Wright State University from 1990 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
