Christos Konstantopoulos

Christos Konstantopoulos studied Mathematics at the School of Physics and Mathematics of the University of Athens and did postgraduate studies at Master's level ( MA in Mathematics Education ) at Adelphi University , New York , in the USA. He has been the Head of the Mathematics Department of the Athens College and Vice-Principal of the Lyceum. In September 2018, he assumed the position of Director of the Athens College Lyceum, in the 2021-2022 school year he was the Coordinator of the Athens College, while from September 2022 he also has the status of Co-Director of the Athens College.

He has worked in research at the National Technical University of Athens and has written the book "Mathematical References" (1991), he was a member of the writing team of the books "Mathematics 3rd High School - Algebra" (1999), "Positive and Technological Mathematics of the 3rd High School, volumes 1st, 2nd, 3rd" (2009, 2010, 2011) and has participated as a speaker in workshops and conferences. He holds a Teacher Appreciation Certificate from the Mathematical Association of America and an Exceptional Teaching Certificate from Stanford University, USA. He has TPE user certification and Level 1 Leader in the Leaders for Excellence program of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).
