Nayia Pyridi

Nayia Pyridi currently serves as the Head of Legal Operations and Project Leader at the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund, providing strategic advice on the divestment process from Greece's four systemic banks. Prior to this role, Nayia was at the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund where responsibilities included advising the CEO on legal matters, managing contracts in the privatization sector, and handling landmark infrastructure projects. Additional experience includes serving as Legal Advisor to the Minister at the Hellenic Ministry of Environment and Energy, providing legal counsel to the Minister of Justice, and advising on public procurement at the Office of the Secretary General of Commerce. Nayia holds an LL.M. in International Legal Studies and WTO Law from Georgetown University Law Center and an LL.B. from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
