Christopher Morath

Christopher Morath has held a variety of roles in the past two decades. Starting in 1996, they worked for Rudolph Technologies as a Systems Scientist/Chief Technologist, Director of Marketing, Director of Product Development, Vice President of Technology, VP & General Manager (interim) - Metrology Business Unit, and Vice President, Operations - Metrology Business Unit. In 2011, they joined Veeco Instruments as Senior Director, Strategic Marketing, General Manager, Veeco Flow Technologies, and Senior Director, Engineering. In 2018, they became the Chief Operating Officer of Heller Industries. Additionally, since 2007, they have served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Physics at Brown University.

Christopher Morath obtained a B.A. in Physics from Boston University in 1990. From 1990 to 1995, they attended Brown University, where they received a Sc.M. and Ph.D. in Condensed Matter Physics. In 2002, they completed an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.
