JP O'Hanlon is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations, Strategy at Flare and the Legal Operations Director at Marble Law since March 2020, JP has built a career focused on innovation, execution, and optimization. Prior to these roles, JP was the Director of Operations at Puls, where responsibilities included leading the Technician Community and enhancing operational performance. Previously, JP held positions such as Head of People Operations at Events.com, where the company grew from its inception, and Attorney Intern at the Ford County Attorney's Office, gaining valuable legal insights.
