Oran Elbaz

Oran Elbaz is a seasoned professional in people operations and employee experience, currently serving as the People Operations Manager at Flare since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Employee Experience & Office Manager at Eleos Health and BitSight, where responsibilities encompassed the establishment and management of well-being programs and the execution of employee experience projects and company events. Prior to focusing on employee experience, Oran practiced as a Legal Associate at שלמה כהן ושות', advising clients on complex legal issues in cooperative law and financing law. Oran's legal career began as a Legal Intern at Yossi Levy & Co., following participation as a BR Ambassador in a leadership program organized by the Edmond de Rothschild Foundation. Oran holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law and Government from Reichman University.
