About the Role:

Hello Heart is seeking an Enablement Program Manager, to support key strategic initiatives by creating, managing and scaling enablement programs across Go-To-Market organization. Our Enablement Program Manager will be responsible for developing and leading the successful execution of enablement programs to ensure internal customers, prospects and partners are equipped with content, resources, tools and training to effectively differentiate and sell the Hello Heart solution. Our team members must be willing to wear multiple hats and adapt to different situations as Hello Heart continues to grow and expand throughout the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Own, iterate and scale new hire onboarding programs including training, knowledge checks, mentor, peer-learning and certification programs, including owning the content, processes, practices and tools needed to equip teams to effectively sell and position Hello Heart.
  • Assist in the ongoing development, maintenance and organization of content in Highspot (sales enablement platform) to ensure continuous reinforcement and maximize messaging, and product knowledge fluency.
  • Enhance sales productivity by simplifying processes and evaluating new tools.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement investments and the programs conducted including creating report templates and dashboards which are aligned to program KPIs and onboarding milestones, and alignment to effectiveness via SFDC.
  • Coordinate closely with internal Subject Matter Experts to ensure comprehensive training materials and effective collaboration.
  • Technical aptitude to evaluate and teach on new sales tools and methods.
  • Regularly share best practices and provide constructive coaching and feedback.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years facilitation experience moderating interactive and informative discussions
  • 3+ years sales or customer facing experience
  • 2+ years of experience leading Enterprise-level Sales Enablement projects tailored to enterprise sales professionals (both internal sales & channel partners)
  • Proven track record in designing and executing Sales Enablement programs to enhance sales team & channel partner effectiveness and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong presentation skills. The ability to own the room confidently and holds people's attention
  • A knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear, succinct and concrete way
  • Ability to motivate, influence team members
  • Excellent project management instincts. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial – you not only can spot problems, but you can marshal resources towards creative solutions
  • Knowledge management in content management platforms e.g. Highspot experience a plus
  • Instructional design experience a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed
