About the Role:

Hello Heart is seeking a talented VP Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement, who will play a critical part in developing and leading our enablement efforts across our GTM teams. Reporting to our SVP of People, you will be tasked with supporting our GTM leaders and their teams including Customer Success and Business Development. You will ensure they have all the training and tools required to boost their continued development, while enabling them to work as efficiently as possible in supporting our clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally to build enablement programs to effectively sell, support, partner and deliver the Hello Heart solution. In addition, you will refine playbooks, onboard new hires, and help design the enablement strategy for a wide range of subjects including everything from tools to refining every step of the customer lifecycle. Leading a small team, you will spearhead developing what enablement will look like over the next several years as we scale.  Our team members must be willing to wear multiple hats and adapt to different situations as Hello Heart continues to grow and expand throughout the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft the overall learning journey for GTM teams, including sales and success training, pitch certifications, and playbook creation/refinement
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver enablement deliverables based on priorities and requirements
  • Create purpose-built content (playbooks, cheat sheets, job aides, objection handling, FAQs, etc.) to improve solution knowledge and support the sales process
  • Lead the development of new content, ensuring deadlines and development timeframes are met
  • Analyze team performance and skill sets to determine future enablement needs
  • Facilitate a smooth transition from Sales to Customer Success and assist with upsell opportunities as they arise
  • Manage, develop, and coach your team, to ensure their continued success, development, and career growth
  • Comfortable with travel around 20%+ of the time to meet stakeholders and their teams across the US

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, field sales, sales operations, or customer success. Startup experience is a major plus!
  • Working experience supporting Enterprise Sales Cycles
  • Ability to manage a small team effectively, utilizing creativity to execute in a start-up environment with finite resources
  • Prior experience developing, implementing, and managing enablement deliverables as part of the overall GTM strategy
  • Ability to quickly understand complex internal processes and needs
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Excellent poise, presentation, and writing capabilities
  • Experience leveraging e-learning technology and tools
