Hello Sunshine is hiring for a Manager of Activations for Solar to continue to elevate our brand and our work through premium, engaging content and experiences that deliver impact for our advertising partners. Solar creates audience-first, platform-specific immersive experiences at the center of content, community and commerce that uniquely empower brands to tell stories that drive impact, create culture and deeply connect with consumers.

This role will support and/or lead activations that leverage Hello Sunshine IP and DTC Businesses (e.g. Reese’s Book Club, The Home Edit, The Collective, Shine Away, The Bright Side, Influencer marketing). The Manager will serve as the key liaison between brand and/or agency partners and internal teams to bring marketing programs to life on time and within budget. This role will provide constant communication with all parties to guarantee client satisfaction and Hello Sunshine brand alignment. The Manager will have proven ability to meet client needs and drive value for brands by building authentic, deep emotional connections with consumers through creative storytelling and experiences that surface, spotlight, and celebrate women. With a deep understanding of social strategy, content, client management, digital marketing and influencer marketing, this candidate will guide the client and our internal teams to deliver best in class multi-platform solutions. The role will report to the Senior Director of Production and Activation.

  • Execute strategic content activations; digital, social, influencer, experiential, podcast and custom branded content elements
  • Act as liaison and project manager with client, sales, and internal, production teams to keep projects on timeline and ensure best-in-class implementation and performance of custom content programs
  • Create client facing materials such as creative decks, production decks, etc. and track revisions and feedback
  • Work in close coordination with production team to ensure program elements are on time and on budget.
  • Responsible for building project timelines, obtaining client assets, coordinating with internal teams as well as managing approvals during the production process.
  • Collaborate with production teams and talent to develop creative that aligns with client objectives and program goals
  • Manage the content rollout, facilitating the process with production, talent, clients, and various internal teams
  • Maintain campaign tracking documents and work in collaboration to deliver campaign wrap reports
