Senior Product Manager, Internal Tools

Alma is seeking a mission-driven Senior Product Manager to lead our Internal Tools squad. In this role, you will be responsible for unlocking and building key process optimizations and tech-enabled solutions that allow Alma’s operations products and teams to scale through our next chapter of growth while ensuring service excellence, using business insights, creativity, and technology to drive strategic change. You will be responsible for identifying a near-term roadmap, and leading a cross-functional squad of individuals to improve our Internal Tools. 

What you’ll do:

• Build robust delegation, workflow, queue management systems to improve the scalability of our operations teams and infrastructure, and guarantee consistently high levels of service to our providers.
• Collaborate with internal business and operational stakeholders to identify new opportunities to serve our internal teams better and bring technology-enabled innovations to the platform.
• Drive the product roadmap and set feature priorities through data-driven and customer-centric considerations to achieve the strategic goals and support the company's growth
• Manage complex projects, spanning many functional teams and cross-functional initiatives; identify and communicate cross-functional impact of decisions within functional teams.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data analysts.
• Define, track, and analyze overall performance and financial, customer, and operational metrics.

Who you are:

• You have 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong desire to own a product strategy and roadmap
• You possess a clear and engaging communication style with a track record of building positive relationships across a broad, diverse organization.
• You are adept at agile methodologies and taking an iterative approach to problem solving
• You have a history of balancing quantitative data against intuition in decision-making and successes.
• You value a culture of inclusion and empathy.

Salary Band: $145,000 - $170,000
