Jose Cervantes Escamilla

Jose Cervantes Escamilla is an experienced operations associate currently at Alma, where contributions include exceeding SLA metrics on the Claims Adjustment Team and optimizing workflows through collaboration and development of claims trackers. Previously, Jose completed a Customer Experience Fellowship at KindWork, earning credentials in HIPAA Compliance and Zendesk, and enhancing skills in customer interaction and communication. Prior to that, Jose interned at Amplify, managing project workflows and supporting curriculum development, and served as a Bridge to College Coach at The Urban Assembly, assisting students with post-secondary transitions. Jose holds a diploma from BrainStation in UX Design and a degree from the University of Rochester.
