Kwame Thomison

Kwame Thomison is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Alma since November 2022, Thomison previously held multiple roles at Teachers Pay Teachers, culminating in the position of VP of Engineering from July 2020 to November 2022. As the founder and principal of Magnetic since September 2017, Thomison has also undertaken various entrepreneurial ventures. Past experience includes significant roles at Asana, Facebook, and Meebo, where contributions spanned product development, team management, and revenue growth. Thomison began a career in technology as a developer and lead engineer at various startups and freelanced prior to these roles, holding a Bachelor's degree in Information Science from Cornell University.
