Megan Mai

Megan Mai is an experienced healthcare professional with a background in operations and patient care. Currently serving as an Operations Associate at Alma since February 2023, Megan previously worked as an Urgent Care Medical Assistant at Ochsner Health, where responsibilities included managing and building relationships with patients, advocating for their needs, and improving overall patient satisfaction. Additionally, Megan held the position of Emergency Room Technician at East Jefferson General Hospital, coordinating patient turnover effectively, and worked as an Emergency Room Medical Scribe with ScribeAmerica, assisting physicians with documentation. Educationally, Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of New Orleans, graduated in May 2022.
