Vivian Tong

Vivian Tong is an experienced marketing professional with a strong focus on lifecycle marketing, CRM optimization, and digital communications. Currently serving as the Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Alma since March 2023, Vivian previously held the position of CRM Manager at PeopleConnect, where a results-driven approach enhanced customer lifetime value through various remarketing channels.
