Caitlin Collins

Caitlin Collins currently holds the position of Member at Chief since April 2024 and serves as Senior Director of Product Strategy & Innovation at HelloFresh, where responsibilities have included leading product strategy for Factor_ since June 2021, following its acquisition by HelloFresh in December 2020. Previously, Caitlin was a Manager in North America Strategic Planning at Nike, focusing on consumer analysis and strategic insights in June 2019. Prior to that role, extensive experience was gained at PetSmart from May 2013 to July 2018, where significant contributions were made in leading critical strategic initiatives and managing teams. Caitlin's career started with a Radiation Oncology internship at Mayo Clinic in 2012.
