Dr. Marie-Christin Weber

Dr. Marie-Christin Weber currently serves as Team Lead and Head of Processed Ingredients and Bakery at HelloFresh, following a role as Senior Manager International Procurement. Prior to this, Dr. Weber held positions at PwC Deutschland as Senior Associate in Advisory Procurement, and at Voith Herbst Managementberatung as Senior Consultant and Consultant focusing on negotiations. In addition to consulting work, Dr. Weber was a Negotiation Trainer and Coach at the Negotiation Academy Potsdam, and a Research Associate and Doctoral Student at Universität Potsdam, where Dr. Weber completed a doctoral degree in Negotiation Management. Additional educational accomplishments include a Master of Science in Business Administration from Universität Potsdam, a Bachelor of Arts in International Cultural and Business Studies from Universität Passau, and experience as a visiting scholar at the University of Southern California.
